As part of its long-term strategy, and in alignment with the decisions made during the first board meeting with international partners, ALMEER has set forth the following future roadmap:
- By early 2025, ALMEER will commence the design and construction of its own workshops in three different countries.
- The company will establish and register its own trademark, which will be applied to all spare parts designed and manufactured within its facilities, aiming to position it among the most recognized industrial brands globally.
- Expansion will begin from Jordan into the broader Middle East market, under the “Middle East Expansion” strategy.
- This will be followed by entry into European markets as part of the “European Expansion” plan.
- Ultimately, ALMEER aims to expand globally, reaching markets in the Americas and beyond under its “Global Expansion” strategy.
